98% of Agents won't hit their goals this year...
You see it in your activity and your income.
This isn’t short, but I’m 98% sure it’s worth the read. I’m not selling anything or asking for anything.
Most agents struggle with consistency.
You see it in your activity and your income - strong starts, slow months, bursts of effort followed by gaps in both effort and earnings.
The usual fix is “try harder.” Be more disciplined. Get more motivated. Buy the planner. Join the challenge. Lock in.
But it rarely lasts.
Because consistency isn’t a discipline problem. If it were, the most driven agents would always win. They don’t.
Here’s the truth most people miss: you can only stay consistent with behaviors that match who you believe you are and what you truly value.
We don’t achieve our goals; we achieve our values.
Most agents say they want freedom, predictable income, or time. But their daily behavior often reflects something different: comfort over growth, avoidance over rejection, and short-term relief over long-term results.
That’s where consistency breaks down. If comfort is your top value, your brain will always choose it over hard, uncertain actions like follow-ups or prospecting.
That’s not laziness, it’s alignment.
Many agents are also operating from a mismatched identity. They want a scalable business but operate like freelancers chasing urgency. They want freedom but structure their day around distractions and other people’s priorities.
So the cycle repeats: grind, burnout, guilt, restart.
You can’t out-habit a values mismatch. You can’t out-motivate it either.
When resistance shows up, your brain isn’t asking, “Will this help my goals?” It’s asking, “Does this threaten what I value most?”
That’s why systems don’t fail. CRMs don’t fail. Plans don’t fail. Values quietly running the system do.
Consistency isn’t the goal. It’s the byproduct of aligned values and identity.
I didn’t build consistent successful years on willpower. I built them by aligning my business with my actual values and designing systems that supported them.
Nothing is wrong with you. You’re not undisciplined. You’ve just likely never been taught to identify what you truly value and align your business with it.
