Here’s a simple script that separates broke agents from million-dollar producers.
It’s called the alternative close—and once you get comfortable with it, you’ll book more appointments than you know what to do with.
Here’s the exact wording:
👉 “What works better for you, today at 10 am or would 4 pm work better?”
That’s it. Seven little words that change everything.
Why it works:
It assumes the client already wants to move forward.
It puts you in control—without sounding pushy.
It keeps momentum. (No appointments = no deals.)
How to practice it:
Role play it daily until it rolls off the tongue.
Use it on every appointment-setting call.
Don’t ask if—only when.
Try it an an open house. I"ll follow up with you at 5PM after the open house or would tomorrow at 10AM work better?
Try it on your next call or next interaction and watch what happens.
