👉 Are you doing 1% activities—or just the same things as everyone else?

See, almost everybody lives in the fat middle. They do average work, with average consistency, and they get—you guessed it—average results.

That’s why less than 1 in 100 agents will ever see $500K in a year. And even fewer—maybe 1 in 200—will ever touch $1M.

And yet, every day, I meet people who say they want to be uncommon… while still copying the habits of the bottom 99%.

Listen carefully: 

If you want uncommon results, you must commit to uncommon activities. Period.

Uncommon means more calls.

More appointments.

More preparation.

More posts.

More accountability.

More rejection—and more resilience.

It also means following a proven system instead of “winging it” like everyone else.

So Ask Yourself:

  • Who is holding you accountable to doing the 1% work every day?

  • Who is challenging you to do more, with the right attitude, than 99 out of 100 people?

  • Does your organization have the systems and standards in place to guarantee wins for those who commit?

  • Will they actually do the job of leading you—telling you what you need to hear, not just what you want?

  • Does the culture protect you from mediocrity, excuses, and gossip—or does it enable it?

  • Does the organization self-govern their values?

  • Do they celebrate wins, demand focus, and make sure you stay on track?

Here’s the truth: your success will always be tied to the systems you plug into and the leaders you choose to follow.

If you already have a leader and culture that pushes you into the uncommon, hold on tight. That’s rare.

If you don’t… then why are you wasting your shot?

You didn’t get into this business to be average.

You got into this business to win.
