Below is the exact play we use at SNR to turn persistence into results. Do these consistently and nothing else matters as much.

Your Persistence Playbook (do this daily) 

  1. Make the calls — minimum X real calls/day (no texts). Calls = pipeline.

  2. Have real conversations — qualify, listen, add value. Move people to a next step.

  3. Set one appointment — every day. Even one meeting a day = massive momentum.

  4. Show up and earn it — be prepared, lead with data, leave them better informed.

  5. Reflect & improve — nightly 5-minute PMBR: wins, misses, tweak for tomorrow.

Weekly habits that compound

Role-play 10 minutes per day (sharpen scripts).

Accountability check with a peer or your manager every Friday.

Measure the needle: calls → conversations → appts → closings. Know your conversion rates.

This isn’t sexy. It’s simple. It’s brutal. It works.
