Linnea Swartz graduated from Tennessee Tech with a degree in Housing & Design. While in school, she met Heather and Ryan at a career fair and chose to complete her internship with them. She was immediately impressed by their success, their involvement in the Cookeville community, and the welcoming environment at Skender-Newton Realty. That experience sparked her passion for real estate and confirmed who she wanted to build her career with.
