I have always believed in making warm calls instead of cold calls.  Let’s be real, a warm call is more motivating and more likely to be made than a cold call.  So how do you do it?

Simple Marketing!

Here is what simple marketing is going to do for your productivity when it comes to the phone.  You will get a much higher pick up rate and a much higher conversion rate from conversation to appointment. 

Make marketing deposits through email and social media.  If you warm your audience up with educational and informational marketing messages, you will lower their guard, they will consume your content, you will build trust and you are on your path to conversion.  

Start simple, send one email a week to your database.  An email that is educational and informational about the community mostly and 25% about the real estate market.  Real estate isn’t on their mind 24/7, life is. Meet them where they are at with your messaging.  Then, each week simply call your prospects that open the email.  

You have made a deposit, they will be much more receptive to your call, and you are on the path of building the trust required to gain a client that buys or sells with you.

The biggest mistake agents make is making things complicated.  This is a simple process that works.  Take action on it and be consistent.
